What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

Why does my product look slightly different than the example photo?

Because wood is a natural material, each piece has unique grain patterns and color variations. These natural differences can cause engraved designs to appear lighter or darker from one item to another. This is normal and part of the beauty of real wood products.

When will I get my order?

Production time depends on order quantity and material availability. Typical turnaround times:

  • In-stock items: Ship next business day
  • Personalized or custom printed items: 3–5 business days

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Are your products handmade?

All items are designed, engraved, and printed in-house.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders $20 and over. All other orders are calculated at checkout.

Where are you located?

We are located in St. Charles, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We offer no minimum order quantities, making us a great fit for both individual orders and small businesses.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing for larger orders and business promotions. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can you engrave logos or business branding?

Yes. We specialize in laser engraving and UV printing of logos, business names, and branding on a wide variety of products.

Do you offer color printing?

Yes — we offer full-color UV printing on many surfaces.
Laser engraving does not produce color and will result in a single engraved tone based on the material.
